They will have spiritually matured first and will be the “firstfruits,” ready and ripe
They are being spiritually matured by passing their tests in life
being firstfruits to God and to the Lamb.

144k may be more anointed by God to prophesy or preach the gospel during the Great Tribulation
For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy
